Where is my nearest parcelshop drop off point for the 'All Inclusive' delivery option?

There are over 4500 Parcel shop drop off locations across the UK. Most are open 7 days a week from early morning to evening. Find your nearest parcelshop here

Are all delivery costs included for the 'All Inclusive' delivery option?

For our 'All Inclusive' option, all delivery costs including packaging are included. We send you a prepaid mail bag for your racket with the return label and barcode attached by 1st class post on the day of your order if ordered by 3pm (Mon-Fri), or the following day if ordered after 3pm. When you drop off your racket at a Hermes parcelshop the barcode is scanned and you get a receipt card. We then restring your racket and return it to your door via Royal Mail. You can choose 1st class or 2nd class when you order. It's that easy.

For our 'Return Only' option you are required to send us your racket using your own delivery method, we then take care of restringing and return delivery via Royal Mail. See 'Where do I send my racket?' below.

For our 'Local' option you are required to drop off and collect your racket yourself at our premises in Luton; see 'Where do I drop off my racket?' below.

Where do I send my racket to for the 'Return only' restring option?

Where do I drop off my racket to for the 'Local' restring option?

Prostringer, 27 Brunswick street, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 0HF. We are based in the large orange Lok n Store building and there is parking available outside. You can drop off your racket at the Lok n store main reception anytime between the following hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm Saturday: 9am - 4pm Sunday: 10am - 2pm Collection can be arranged anytime from reception during these hours. If you would like to speak to a member of the prostringer team in person please call to ensure someone will be available.

What courier service do you use?

We use 'MyHermes' UK nationwide courier service to provide a no-nonsense way to send your racket to us. Most parcelshops are open 7 days a week including evenings. You can track your racket to us at the myhermes website. Myhermes provide a 48 hour tracked service with an included compensation cover of up to £20. We then use Royal Mail to return your racket to you. You can choose 1st class or 2nd class when you order. If you are not in when Royal Mail attempt to deliver your racket, they will leave a card which gives you the options to redeliver or collect from a delivery office or a local Post Office.

What if my mail bag does not turn up?

We aim to send out mail bags for our [All Inclusive] orders via Royal Mail 1st class for all orders by 3pm Mon-Fri. If you order after this time your order will processed the next day. If your mail bag has not turned up for any reason then contact us and we will resend it for you.

How long does a restring take?

We restring all rackets within 48 hours upon receipt of the racket. Hermes courier service is a tracked 48 hour delivery. Royal Mail 1st class is a 1-2 day delivery service and 2nd class is a 2-3 day delivery service.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay online?

No. All our online payments are processed through Paypal's secure payment service and you can pay with most credit/debit cards. If you do have a Paypal account you can choose Paypal express at checkout.

Are my personal details secure?

Yes. All customer details are used solely for our service and never passed on to any third party without your prior consent.

How do I contact you if I have feedback or a further question?

We encourage you to email or call us with feedback or suggestions. If we are unable to answer the phone straight away please leave a message and contact number and we will get back to you asap.
